What kind of sessions do you offer?
We began primarily as an equine photographer but have expanded our horizons to cover photoshoots such as graduations, birthdays, engagements, etc.
Where are you located?
Amanda Marie Photography is based in Trenton, Florida but I am always up for traveling anywhere in North Florida. Sessions outside of Gilchrist County, FL are subject to travel fees.
How long will it be until I receive the images from my session?
Please refer to your contract, turnaround times can range from 3-6 weeks. You may inquire about an expedited turnaround.
what if we exceed our contracted time for our session?
The hourly rate is $100.00 per each hour spent on the client’s services over the allotted amount of time purchased. Client will be charged for an hour if session time is exceeded.
what happens if i lose my images?
Digital copies of photographs produced in the course of fulfilling this agreement will be stored until delivery of final photos and/or products. After one month, the client releases us from any and all liability for lost or damaged files or photographs.
do i get the copyright/ ownership of my photos?
I grant a non-exclusive, worldwide license of photographs produced with and for our clients for personal use so long as the client provides Amanda Marie Photography with attribution each time they use our property unless I assign copyright to the client.
what is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
If a client desires to cancel services for any reason at any time, then the client shall provide at least 7 days' notice in order to cancel their contract. The client may reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Providing notice will not relieve the client of any currently outstanding payment obligations. Amanda Marie Photography will not be obligated to refund any portion of monies that the client has previously paid.
How many photos will I receive?
You can expect:
Mini Portrait- 10 digital images
Standard- 20 digital images
Sweetheart- 10 digital images
Additional images can be purchased, and custom packages vary. Each image you receive will be fully edited and high resolution.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, every final image is edited for color, light, and composition. Light retouching (blemishes, acne, etc.) is included. If you have specific requests, just let me know during your session.
